Google Workspace questions
Can you take over management of our existing Google Workspace?
Yes. We usually start with a review of how it has been set up — admin accounts, security settings, sharing and third-party apps — so we know exactly what we’re taking on, then agree what we’ll manage day to day.
We use Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Can you help with both?
Yes. Google-first doesn’t mean Google-only. We support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Apple, Windows and the cloud and SaaS applications around them — including mixed environments.
Do you only work with businesses in Wales?
No. We’re building strong local relationships across Newport, Cwmbran, Cardiff, South Wales and Bristol, but most Google Workspace work is delivered remotely, so we support businesses across the UK.
Is Google Workspace secure by default?
It gives you strong security tools, but many of the important settings — sharing, third-party app access, admin roles, email authentication, retention — depend on how your Workspace is configured and managed. That’s what a Workspace Security Review looks at.
